For those outside of repeater range and using wireless in an
RV park or other facility that does not allow an EchoLink connection,
a public proxy server is also available at IP 63.77.108.100.
From the EchoLink menu, choose Tools/Setup.
Select Servers tab, check "Use Proxy", set Host 63.77.108.100.
Set Password to PUBLIC
Check Available Proxies at EchoLink for all available proxies.
